Thanks for this. I am recovering from a hairline fracture/rotator injury in
my catch shoulder. Seems like it is taking forever. Player fell on me
during a breakaway move so I don’t know if I could have avoided the injury,
but had I had a little more conditioning in there, I bet I’d be further
along in the recovery. I’ll be adding this kind of thing to my routine –
the small things you often overlook.
