These are intended for use before an injury. If you are sore then you
should get a physiotherapist to check you out and see what is going on
first. These exercises could help, but they could also be exactly the wrong
thing for you depending on why you are sore. Does that make sense. Good

Hi Alex, I would check that you have a .wmv player (plugin) installed on
your computer – I think that is the format of that video. Unfortunately I
do not have it on YouTube anywhere 🙁

Can you do these exersizes when you allready have a sore groin just not
sure dont want to hurt myself anymore but want to fix the prob any help
